Abstract

The application of logical deduction theory may invalidate Darwin’s theory and the theories derived from it, including Karl Popper’s theory of the evolution of science. When Evolutionism is discarded as an uncontested premise, a break in the paradigms occurs in Law. The latter should re-think the anthropological concept of the application of fundamental right to life exclusively to humans.
